Starbucks Delivers is an ordering feature on Starbucks® Hong Kong mobile app that allows customers to enjoy the perfect Starbucks Experience at ease. With just a few clicks, your favorite Starbucks food and beverages will be delivered straight to your door.

How to order Starbucks Delivers?

  1. Download the Starbucks® Hong Kong Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Choose “Starbucks Delivers Delivery Service” on the “Order” tab
  3. Choose from menu and add your order to cart
  4. Fill in delivery address and contact details

When can I order Starbucks Delivers?

We are open for delivery orders from 7:00am to 8:00pm daily. Selected service areas may close early in accordance to store operating hours. For enquiries, please connect with our Customer Service Representatives at 2613-3488 (at your service 7:00am to 8:00pm daily).

Do you charge for the delivery?

Yes, delivery fee applies for every order placed via Starbucks Delivers. Please refer to the Starbucks® Hong Kong Mobile App for details.

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes, the minimum spend on Starbucks Delivers is HK$90, excluding delivery fee. If the total value of your order is below $90, you will be charged for the difference to meet the minimum.

Why am I not able to place an order?

Starbucks Delivers is currently available in select areas in Hong Kong (click here for details on our service coverage). Since each Starbucks store will only cover limited service area, to ensure the orders will be delivered to you in the best quality, we are unable to cater to out-of-coverage delivery locations. Service may also be suspended due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Since our food and beverages are freshly prepared to order, no refund, cancellation or amendment on your order is applicable once it is being confirmed and payment being processed. In case where products are temporarily out of stock or unavailable, our Customer Service Representatives will notify you in due course for order amendments. We encourage you to stay connected on your phone for essential updates from us.

What if my delivery address or contact number is incorrect?

You may connect with our Customer Service Representatives through 2613-3488 for assistance. Please note that we will not be responsible for any non-delivery or delay due to incorrect address or contact information provided by customers.

How much time does it take for Starbucks Delivers to arrive after ordering?

Once your order is confirmed, please refer to the “Previous” section on your Starbucks Mobile App, it will give you an estimated time of delivery and allow you to track the delivery status through live updates. We will always do our best to deliver orders to your hands within a time we have committed.

What if my order is late?

It is our commitment to providing accurate delivery time estimates and bringing the order to your doorstep within that window. We might occasionally miss the mark, however, due to traffic, weather or other factors beyond our control. We encourage you to stay connected to your phone during the entire delivery and ensure the contact information provided to us is correct. In case where you are unreachable, our riders will wait at the delivery location for 10 minutes before they leave. You will be charged for your order and no re-delivery will be arranged.

Do I have to be a Starbucks Rewards™ members to place an order?

By scanning the QR code at the in-store banner, customers will be able to place an order easilly and pay ahead without downloading the Starbucks® Hong Kong app.  Online Order & Pickup means you can walk in and without waiting in line, pickup your freshly made order at the pickup area. By continuing this service as a guest, you can use this feature without a Starbucks® Rewards account, but you will not be able to collect Stars or use your rewards.

Where is Online Order & Pickup available?

Online Order & Pickup is available to use at the selected stores in Hong Kong and Macau.

How do I use Online Order & Pickup on my phone?

Gaining access to Online Order & Pickup is easy, with only a few simple steps needed:

  3. Select the food and beverage items to order: Just as in our stores, beverages are customizable, including numerous options to modify size, number of espresso shots, dairy selections and more.
  4. Confirm by clicking "Order": At the time of order, payment can be made using credit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  5. Orders are immediately sent to the selected store where baristas will begin preparing the items. You can proceed to the pickup area to pickup order based on the suggested ready time.

How do I pick up my order?

When you finished your order, you can return to homepage of Online Order & Pickup and view the approximate prep time at the countdown banner on top of the screen. You can also head to where you'd normally pick up your beverages and food to wait for your order.

As usual, tell the barista your name and present your order details to enjoy your food or drink.

How do I choose which store to place my order at?

When you use Online Order & Pickup, you need to enable ‘Camera Permission’ for the browser to scan the QR code. The QR code will direct you to the store you’re located and it will also display the current menu availability from that store. You can change stores by tapping the ‘Camera Scan’ icon. Once your order is submitted, you cannot change the pickup store.

What can I purchase on Online Order & Pickup?

Almost all of your favorite Starbucks beverages and food are available through Online Order & Pickup. The Order section of the app has a menu which lists all available offerings at the participating store. With a few taps on your phone, you can customize your favorite beverages and choose to have food items served warm, just as you can with in store orders.

Are any in-store items not available on the Online Order & Pickup menu?

While almost all of your favorite Starbucks beverages and food are available through Online Order & Pickup, at this stage we are not currently offering alcoholic beverage, Starbucks Reserve™ hand-brewed beverage, merchandise, whole beans for Online Order & Pickup.

Why do some items display as "Temporarily out of stock" in the webpage when I change store, even though the items may still be available in the store?

When you decide to change to a new store, the review order page will display the current menu availability from that store. If an item is almost sold out at the new store, "Temporarily out of stock" will be displayed in the webpage to ensure the last few are available for in-store orders.

Is there a maximum number of items that can be ordered through Online Order & Pickup?

You can order a maximum of 15 items.

How close to store closing time can I place a Online Order & Pickup order?

You can place a Mobile Order up to 30 minutes before the store closes.

Can I place an order before a store is open?

At this time, Mobile Orders can only be made once the store is open.

Can I order the drink to arrive at a time of my choosing?

At this time, there isn’t an option to specify order pick-up time. After placing an order through Online Order & Pickup, it is immediately sent to the selected store and our baristas will begin preparing the order. The Online Order & Pickup feature will provide you with an approximate ready time, you can go to the pickup area within the approximate ready time.
